The 4th Session of the ad hoc Advisory Group for IOCARIBE-GOOS finalized the Strategic Plan for IOCARIBE-GOOS for presentation to the 7th Session of the IOC's regional sub-commission for the wider Caribbean Region (IOCARIBE), which took place during the last week of February 2002 in Veracruz, Mexico.
